Bookkeeping services, including any free sample week, are provided only under a written engagement agreement or written confirmation of scope. If anything on the site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies. Countbird does not prepare or file tax returns and does not provide attest or audit services.

Pricing

Rates shown on the site, such as "starting from" prices, are indicative. Your actual fees are set out in your quote or engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

The Countbird name, owl logo, site design and content belong to Obliqua Digital Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. and Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. Countbird is not affiliated with either.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services, such as social media and scheduling tools. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
